About Me

I will be joining Northwestern University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering beginning in September 2025. My research lies at the intersection of computational solid mechanics and machine learning, with a focus on making computational solid mechanics more autonomous and scalable by developing interpretable algorithms grounded in classical numerical analysis and mechanics. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute at Johns Hopkins University. I earned my Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University in 2023.
